Woodlawn Conservancy partners with The Bronx Historical Society for this one-of-a-kind trolley tour.
Take a historic tour on the Woodlawn Conservancy Trolley and experience Bronx history.
The Bronx is blessed with some of the most beautiful natural sights to enjoy in its abundant parkland, in its outstanding architecture and noted public sculptures.
This special trolley tour highlights several examples of beauty produced by both nature and the man, such as Van Cortlandt Park, Bronx Park, Crotona Park, Claremont Park, Grand Concourse and its Art Deco architecture.
The Bronx County Historical Society will lead the tour.
The tour starts and ends at the Jerome Avenue entrance of Woodlawn Cemetery.
We will be meeting at the Jerome Avenue and Bainbridge Avenue gate at 11:45 AM and the Trolley Tour will begin at 12:00 PM.
There will be a one-hour lunch break in in Little Italy (Arthur Avenue). Lunch is not included.
We anticipate this tour selling out quickly so tickets must be purchased in advance.
Tour is rain or shine. Ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued.
We are located directly across the street from the Woodlawn stop on the #4 subway.
Free parking available in Woodlawn Cemetery.
We look forward to hosting you.
