For those who wish to be entombed above ground, The Woodlawn Cemetery offers space that allows for protection from the weather in both new and historic buildings.
Community mausoleums provide space for one to several individuals in large buildings that accommodate multiple families. Vases, emblems and cameos can be purchased to personalize.
Private mausoleums are custom built to provide the owner with the desired number of spaces and a memorial that reflects the tastes and heritage of those at rest.
Historic mausoleums are private buildings deeded back to the cemetery. They provide new owners the opportunity to purchase a unique memorial designed by a pre-eminent New York architect.
Hand-crafted bronze emblems, vases and portrait cameos adorning crypt or niche fronts help to celebrate the memories of loved ones.
